Our Services

Chasity Navarro Event Productions provides event planning and production, photo booth experiences, décor, event enhancements, rentals, and other event-related services.

Specific pricing, payments, cancellations, rentals, and other terms associated with a booking are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or signed client agreement. If these Terms & Conditions conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement will govern.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability, pricing, or services. Services are considered booked only after all applicable booking requirements have been completed.

Photo Booth Experiences

Guests participating in our photo booth experiences may create photographs, videos, GIFs, or other digital content and may have the option to receive their content by text, email, QR code, AirDrop, or other available sharing methods.

Contact information voluntarily provided by guests may be processed through our photo booth technology provider for photo delivery, business records, and other permitted purposes.

Digital delivery may depend on internet connectivity, cellular service, third-party technology, and other circumstances outside our control and cannot always be guaranteed.

Photography and Media

Photos, videos, GIFs, and other media created through our services may be used by Chasity Navarro Event Productions for promotional purposes when appropriate permission has been obtained or as otherwise permitted by law.

Communications and Marketing

We may communicate with clients, prospective clients, and event guests regarding inquiries, services, transactions, photo delivery, and other business matters.

We may also send marketing communications where permitted by law and, where required, with appropriate consent. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing our services.

Email recipients may unsubscribe at any time. Marketing text recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, or SMS consent information to other companies for their independent marketing purposes.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate our business and provide services on our behalf.
